  1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We process payments through APPLE PAY, STRIPE as well as through PayPal and AFTERPAY (subject to regional availability). These services accept most international credit card providers, including: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, APPLE PAY. PayPal also processes debit cards that are linked to PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept mailed cash, money orders, or bank transfers.

 

  1. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES: CAN I PAY WITH MY NATIONAL CURRENCY?

All prices in our store are available in USD, CAD and AUD but no matter what size your purchase, you are able to PAY WITH YOUR OWN CURRENCY which will automatically convert to USD at the current exchange rate.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

  1. I NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER: IS THAT POSSIBLE?

If you notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing your order, we will happily cancel or modify your order - per your instructions - and issue you with a FULL REFUND, if applicable. We do not issue refunds once your order is being processed or shipped. 

 

  1. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE: COULD I RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND?

If you find that the product you have received is damaged/defective, please inform us within 7 business days of receiving the item and we will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately. Any shipping and customs fees for any returned item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer. We DO NOT accept returns on any other terms.

 

  1. COULD I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

We DO NOT accept items for exchange. Due to international sizing variances, it is very important that you check your measurements against listed sizing charts for each product. Where measurements are not listed, or you simply want more information about a specific product, please email us contact@ymylnewyork.com and we would be happy to advise.
